All You Need to Know About Lake Expo

The biggest on-water occasion on The Lake of the Ozark, the Shootout, which is all set on August 25-26 this year, is a great way to be on water despite the fact that summer is over. Shootout has a lot more to offer than just weekend races. During the preparation and even after the event, Shootout has more activities that allow people to socialize and have fun while raising money for charities.

As part of the event, there will be a Shootout Golf Tournament which will be held at Old Kinderhook on August 12 at 1 in the afternoon. There will be a Mini Shootout in Ha Ha Tonka State Park which will start on August 18 at 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will end on August 19 at 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Furthermore, there will also be The Great Shootout Treasure Hunt which will be one August 20, Monday, in Captain Ron’s. Those who will join shall pay twenty dollars each. Captain Ron’s will again be the venue of The Shootout Volleyball Tournament on Tuesday, August 21, from noon to evening. On that evening still, will be the Shootout Hall of Fame Dinner & Induction in Stables at Cannon Smoked Saloon at 6 onwards. Thirty-five dollars will be collected from each person who attends.

On the next day, Wednesday, August 22 at 5 in the afternoon, will be the Shootout on the Strip Meet & Greet Presented by “WAVES AND WHEELS” in Bagnell Dam Strip. An event called Wish Upon A Ride Powerboat Rides Presented by “OAK STAR” will take place on August 23 from noon onwards in Dock 3 of Captain Ron’s. On August 24 at 7:30 in the morning, there will be a Poker Run presented by Poly Lift & LakeExpo.com which will start in Big Thunder Marine and end in Shady Gators.
